COOKING ON DIFFERENT WAYS OF CHICKEN

1.   ONE CAN COCONUT MILK
2.   HALF OF NORMAL SIZE GINGER 
3.   ONION
4.   THREE PCS GARLIC
5.   CHICKEN – You can use any type of chicken
6.   BLACK PEPPER
7.   SALT OR FISH SAUCE TO TASTE
8.   A BIT OF COOKING OIL
9.   RED CHILLE (OPTIONAL)


So let start our cooking lesson by reheating the pan on a high level as soon as you notice that the oil is already warm enough sauté the garlic and fallow the chop onion and ginger stir it good and let it a bit brownish then add the chicken and stir it again after stirring for a short time then add only the half from the coconut milk let it then simmer until it cook and dried. So if your done then it mean you are ready to start eating it call your hubby and kids now. Serve it with warm white rice as a side dish.
