QUEENS DAY! COME AND JOIN US!

April 30 is Netherland queen’s day and were planning to go in  Holland to witness again the fun and craziness of people in Amsterdam who enjoyed celebrating the day of queen. Can’t wait to be there since I been in Europe I never missed any single of year on the day of queen that’s why even I’m on my 34 week of pregnancy still eager to attend the hilarious party that will be attended also with different kind of tourist around the world! Oh what a busy April for Europe.

PAKSIW

Finally yesterday I was able to answer my craving on one of Filipino dish called  “PAKSIW”. I bought a good fish in Asia shop that fit on to cook according to what I like. So simple to cook this dish you just need the following!

1.)  Coconut milk

2.) Union

3.) Garlic

4.) Ginger

5.) Salt

6.) Pepper

7.) Vinegar

Cut the fish in enough size add  coconut depend on how many fish you want to cook, Use one cloves of union slice , Garlic use as what you like and also with ginger, just add all the ingredients together including the fish and vinegar. Vinegar and coconut milk taste must blend together taste it to make sure. Cook it in a low fire and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.

SWEET'S CONSEQUENCES

Now I do realize the big consequences of eating too many sweets during pregnancy due to my own experience. Recently as part of my monthly check up my OB saw a high level of sugar on my blood system which give me an alarming revelations she told me that she want to have a second control on my blood just to make it sure and this Friday she advice me to go on her colleagues clinic to check the size of the my baby due to my high level of sugar there will be a tendency that my babies size will be double or will be expand on the normal size that she expected her concern is if it will happen there will be a conflict for me to deliver him on a normal way. So guys if you are pregnant as far as you can avoid eating a lot of sweets concentrate on eating vegetables or fruits to help you’re craving on sweets down below. We don’t have any history of diabetes in the family but just surprise I am on this situation. Praying and hoping a lot that everything will be fine. I really like to deliver him in a normal way for some more reason.

WINTER TIRE

Every winter we know that we have to changes our summer tire for the winter. If you have a winter tire less for you to expose in any car accidents because the winter tire hold up the sliding snow of the road which is the common reason for the drivers of having a serious accidents. On a freezing weather better if you have a winter tools in your car like the towels to clean up the moist of you’re inside of your windows to be able for you to see clearly the road. And also a car windows brush and car shovel to rid off the ice on top of you car windows and hood. Let it always these thing inside your car for your on safety and a convenient driving.

FROZEN CAR RUBBERS

In winter time avoid opening your car windows for them to damage. Every winter there is a tendency for your car windows to have a malfunction because of the freezing weather which affects the window rubber inside to lose down. It’s happen with us and to our friend while we are on our way home for a short vacation on winter time I open our car window because I throw something out the car and after that I just close it normal as it is. Suddenly after I close it its just glide down by its own for us to struggle the freezing wind.  We tried to close it again but unfortunately we can’t do anything anymore because it’s not really functioning at all the window glide deep down for us to struggle on fixing it. Were forces to park our car and try our luck to fix the window as we could other wise we can’t continue to travel while the car window is still open you can’t stand the freezing breeze of the wind? Lucky on how many times of my husbands attempt he manage to pull up the window on the edge of it we put some thin clothing and paper to hold windows up until we got home my hands is sore because in how many hours I didn’t do nothing just to keep my hand in the windows to support it now to slide down again. Just sharing this experienced with you guys to be aware.
